As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a person named by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except any extra costs for non-standard shipping), within 14 days after we receive your return request and the goods back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.

Exceptions & Special Notes

Matcha (tea) & Chasen (tea whisks): cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and food safety reasons.
Vintage Kimono & Curated Chawan: returns are possible only if the item is unused and in the same condition as delivered. These are unique, often pre-owned items that may show signs of age.
Matcha Sets: can be returned if unused, unopened, and complete.

Return Guidelines

Items must be returned within 14 days after initiating your request through the portal.
Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible.
Pack the goods carefully to protect them during shipping. We cannot accept returns that arrive broken or heavily damaged due to inadequate packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
You are only liable for any loss in value if the goods were handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
